We are heavily focused on customer service and we also offer a free vacuum storage bag in each of our boxes.

Yes definitely helps with building audiences.

We do get quite a few recommendations
When did you launch your website? What changes have you seen on the internet since launching your website? Only this year but have been selling on Amazon for 3 years.

We believed we could provide a better quality vacuum storage bag than what was out there.
What's the thing you hate the most about the industry you're in?
Bad reviews when the customer doesn't reach out to us first with their issue. We will always correct any issues for them, they just have to ask.

Bad reviews for no reason, seasonality and long wait times on importing goods.
What's one thing your target market don't fully understand, but would greatly benefit them if they did?
That you can use our bags for almost anything that can be compressed.

Yes it is.
Is your business a lifestyle business, or are you always looking for continious growth?

How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
We bought vacuum storage bags ourselves but couldn't find quality ones. We figured we could do it better than the rest and wanted to offer value to the UK market.
What is unique about your business?
We're heavily customer focused and also offer a free bag in each of our boxes, which we don't advertise. We like it to be a surprise.
If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Focus on customer service and offering great value to the market. There is no shortage of money on this planet, only a shortage of people adding value.
Are there any ethical concerns that your type of business must deal with?
Not that we know of.
What's the biggest problem you are currently facing with running your business?Inventory supply chain. It takes 3 months from placing an order until it arrives in our Amazon warehouse.
What works best when talking with your clients/customers - an informal or formal style of communication?Informal and focusing on building a relationship.
Is the customer always right?
Yes they are. We will always correct any issues with our bags - no questions asked!
Have you ever 'fired' a customer?Not yet
What extra lengths do you go to when looking after your customers that your competition don't bother with? We send a follow-up email after they buy to find out if they are happy with their bags and also offer a free bag in each box.
How much do you focus on after-sales support? Heavily focused on this. We send followup emails to check their orders and encourage them to contact us if they have any issues.
