The Interview

What steps do you take to stand out from your competition?

Offering small businesses a more personal approach.

What's the most unique way you market your business?

Not really unique, but referrals will always be the best way.

Do you find social media effective in marketing your business, or do you think it's overhyped?

Social media is a weird one if you don't do it your business looks out of date. But as for actual leads? It is a little bit overhyped.

How long have you been marketing your business online? What changes have you seen in this time?

4 Years, it's always changing as we find new ways to reach more people.

How much do you rely upon word-of-mouth marketing?

We don't rely on any single marketing method, but it is the best by a long way.

When did you launch your website? What changes have you seen on the internet since launching your website?

2016, the style has changed a lot. In the business we're in we have to keep up to date on the design changes too.

What do qualities do you look for in an employee?

Somebody who wants to learn, they approach everything with a beginner mindset is my perfect employee.

What made you get into the business you're in?

Graph design at college led to learning more about how to market businesses and I enjoyed that more than the actual design.

What's the thing you hate the most about the industry you're in?

How people have always been burned before working with us, some of the stories about businesses getting ripped off by shady SEO's is the part I hate the most. (c)2009 - 2020
